Project Planning & Design
- Initiate and brainstorm ideas with the team
- Manage and monitor the design and development process to ensure project scope is achieved
- Establish a corporate identity
- Lead in all aspects of business planning
- Prepare overall project budget for the pre-opening phase and ensure that costs are controlled
- Budget management, vendor selections and manage actual purchasing including FF&E
- Conduct direct purchase vendor selection or bidding process
- Identify opportunities for cost savings
- Review and prepare payment recommendations for certain invoices
- Monitor day to day on-site construction activities and schedule performance
- Conduct and document project coordination meetings
- Manage the entire business pre-opening project. Act as owner's eyes and ears from the planning through construction completion stages
- Actively involved in all pre-opening activities with the team
- FEMALE, age max. 45 th
- Bachelor's or above in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Architecture Engineering/or Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years or more of working experience as a project manager in high rise construction project
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading" the market
- Advanced knowledge of construction design and planning
- Talentin negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier or third party management
- Experiencein collecting and analyzing data
- Strong character and leadership capabilities
- Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
