RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for the identification of tenants'/ residents' need and respond accordingly.
2. Act as an intermediary for customer complaints and defuses difficult situations as required.
3. To attend customer related issues to ensure customers' experience are well maintained.
4. Channels all customers' complaints to the respective departments concerned for the improvement of service.
5. Compiles all complaints/ surveys and make appropriate recommendation to Building Management. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE: 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
2. At least 2 years of working experiences as Tenant Relation.
3. Excellence communication skill and interpersonal skill.
4. Show excellence performs in under pressure condition.
5. Able to multi task with good time management skill
