Training Administration Staff : 1 (Application Code: SA-2)
                                            Task and Responsibility:  Administrative Support:  ¾      Handles daily tasks, including:  
- Word processing, letter writing, audio and copy typing
 - Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
 - Creating and maintaining filing systems
 - Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents
and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases 
- Photocopying and printing various documents
 - Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
 
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
 - Keeping diaries and arranging appointments/meetings
 - Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes –
shorthand may be required - Booking rooms and conference facilities for related events held by the company
 - Arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external
contacts 
the Sales Team when required ¾ Maintains promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data ¾ Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by:
- Clarifying customer request
 - Selecting appropriate information
 - Forwarding information to sales team
 - Answering enquiries from customers
 
- Investigating data and history
 - Identifying alternate means for filling orders
 - Notifying managers and customers
 
promotion details and regular and special prices ¾ Forwards samples by entering request, arranging shipment, notifying customer ¾ Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates, preparing
and distributing monthly reports ¾ Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats
and materials ¾ Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analysing, and summarising
expenses as well as forwarding for reimbursement Training Related Task: ¾ Prepares training venues for public training events as well as private-held training ¾ Manages training materials and certificates ¾ Manages training schedule with trainers and participants Job Requirement: 1. Minimum Education:
Diploma (D3) in Management / Administration / Engineering
(Min. Experience: 3 years) Company Preference:
Chemical Engineer (or any Engineering Degree), Management,
Business Administration 2. Fresh Graduates with Bachelor Degree (S1) of Engineering are welcome to apply 3. Must be familiar with:
Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power & Utilities and Engineering Industry 4. Technical Skills required:
Ms. Office, Computer and IT Skills, Engineering Software related to Oil and Gas,
Structural, Piping and Process Simulation will be advantage 5. Language required:
Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin (will be advantage) 6. Soft-skills required:
Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Integrity and Professionalism 7. Must be Indonesian citizen or at least hold Indonesian Working Permit or relevant
residence status
