What you will do with us
We are looking a Medical Community Manager to mantain a high level of quality in our Question&Answer sections: Manage team of part-time and full-time doctors answering our user's questions
- Recruit new full-time and part-time doctors to participate to our platform
- Implement strategy to convince good doctors to join Alodokter platform to interact with patients around them
- Improve our guidelines to doctors on how to answer properly to users and implement them
- Implement QA process to ensure quality of answers in our platform
- Degree in Medicine required
- Excellent medical knowledge
- Ability to read English medical sources
- Good Communication skills
- Experience in recruiting is a plus
- Management experience is a plus
- Ability to explain complex scientific information in easily understandable language
- Good Indonesian writing skills
- Good English communication skills
- Show professionalism and genuine care in answering our users' questions
