Responsibilities:
- Ensure product release and operation is carried out smoothly according to schedule.
- To perform daily operational issues, i.e. In-game support and events execution.
- Address, collect and resolve customer/player issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments and developers in the operational issues and work with the marketing department on promotional campaigns.
- Ensure continual updates of the communication platforms and channels with timely information.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.( Most preferably in IT , Computer Science)
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Experienced in the online gaming, IT, digital media industry is an added advantage.
- Computer literate. Knowledge on Microsoft Office tools will be an added advantage. Required Language:English, Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese Mandarin (more good) Full-Time positions are available.
