Responsibilities:
- Serve all clients in friendly and helpful manner.
- Phone handling.
- Organize and control reservation.
- Follow up all members base on database and referance.
- Maintain logbook for better communication and results, keep the record of clients need and wants, and submit to improve service facilities.
- Produce daily report, weekly report, and monthly report.
- Be responsible for keeping good morale and enforcing discipline and appearance to all employee
- Follow the Company rules, regulations and policies.
- Establishes and maintain effective employee relation
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by Superior.
- Key in fully client/customer info to system (MMS) include booking appointment in well detail and proper.
- Multitasking.
- Female max. 35 years old
- Min. Diploma/Degree (S1) any majors
- Good appearance (berpenampilan menarik)
- Weight and height proportional (Tinggi dan berat badan proporsional)
- At least 1 year experience in similar position or Service Industry.
- Minimum Diploma majoring Hotel & Tourism Academy/communication/non formal Education which support her job function.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Computer literate(Ms Office and Excel).
- Has experience in Handling customer/good knowledge on customer service.
- Good communication skill.
- Excellent in phone handling.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Placement Head Office 20FIT (ITC Permata Hijau - Kebayoran Lama).
- Able to join immediatelly.
