Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining AR Customers
  • Check daily transaction Sales Order, Delivery Order, Sales Invoice
  • To manage goods receiving and delivery
  • Monitor stock inventory
  • Manage customers' account and record detail of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • To perform administrative and documentation functions, update records & continuously improve on the existing business process

Requirements:

  • Minimum D-3/S-1 , majoring Accounting/Finance
  • 2 years experience of work in related fields
  • Highly proficient in accounting software Accurate, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Highly motivated, detail oriented, perfectionist, hardworking, excellent attitudes, teamwork, target oriented
  • Good communication skill both written and verbal in Bahasa, and minimum English passive
  • Domicile around Jakarta Barat
  • Salary negotiable, for full time / permanent
