Receptionist & Hr Admin PT Tvs Motor Company

Responsibility:

  • Doing Reception Duties
  • Perform daily administrative duties, general office administration, ordering of office stationeries and office maintenance and answering phone calls.
  • Data Entry of Records, General Filing, Journal Entries
  • Make reservations or arrangements for Principal which includes preparing itineraries, compiling travel reading materials, schedule of Meetings, Appointments and Concalls
  • Handling other Ad Hoc Duties
  • Handling other Ad Hoc Accounts related duties
  • Doing Basic knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping
Requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree majoring Any is Preferable
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the related field
  • Must be able to work in a Fast Pace Environment and Multi Task
  • Experience in Ticketing / Travel agencies in Preferable
  • Able to speak English
  • Proficient in Ms Office
  • Strong Team Player, Organizational and interpersonal Skills
  • Mature, responsible & deliberate in Manner
  • Preferably those able to commence work immediately
