General requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Education field or related field, preferably from reputable overseas university
- Max 55 years old
- A minimum 5 years working experience as Primary School Principal in International School (SPK) / National Plus school of 300 students or more
- Expertise in Cambridge curriculum is a MUST
- Strong leadership and managerial skill
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Pleasant personality, communicative and highly adaptable to new challenges
- Responsible, creative, highly motivated, fast learner, and demonstrates initiative, good teamwork, have a commitment and passion in education
