General Description : • Establishes and maintains department and division files including contracts, prepares periodic and special purpose reports and maintains files for deeds, leases, easements and other legal documents.
• Maintains law library physically and financially including filing updated supplements, ordering new materials, processing invoices for payment and controlling expenses
• Maintains and manages legal files and file room including input into case management program, maintenance of case management system, periodic boxing of older files for dead storage, retrieval when required and locating old files.
• Creates Purchase Requisitions, Check Requests and Blanket Purchase Order.
• Performs special projects such as document control including interdepartmental tracking Requirement : • Bachelor Degree in Law with minimum 1 year working experience
• Good oral & written skills in English
• Pleasant personality with good work ethic
• Able to operate and working in a team with minimum supervision
• Computer literate and proficiency in MS office
• Strong communication skills comfortable working with tight timelines
