Requirements
- Female/Male, max. 30 years old
- Having min. 3 years experiences in the same field (with minimum 2 (two) years as Leasing / Sales Manager preferably from Property Development
- Good command of English language
- Have strong leadership and to manage team
- Result oriented and good strategic thinking
- Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Have a good organization and management skills
- Willing to travel extensively and promote the product
- Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to be able to create promotions and analyze campaign data
Responsibility
- Liaise with potential clients introduced by brokers or external partners, bringing the deals to a successful signing
- Communicate with clients/buyers
- Liaise with external agencies, brokers and other third parties
- Work with the rest of the sales team and use the combined experience and ideas to find best solutions of promotion of individual projects leading to successful sales
