Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for every aspect of Human Resource Management, such as : Recruitment, Training, Personnel Administration &Payroll, Industrial Relation, Employee Relation.
  • Establish &Maintain good relationship with external party such as Government Institution.

Requirements :

  • Age max. 35 years old
  • Minimum of least 3 years experienced handling payroll
  • Strong knowledge and able to set up the compensation and benefit scheme
  • Experienced in Handling PPH 21 (Tax Income), BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan Kesehatan, etc.
  • Solid knowledge in Labor law, HR Policies and procedure
  • Being careful, detail-oriented, well-organized, and keen on working with numbers.
  • Familiar with payroll software
  • High level of verbal and written English skills
  • Proactive, outgoing and open personalities
  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal and communication skills
