Job Description :
- Monitoring and manage operational activities
- Responsible for managing human resources
- Planning and Marketing the Business
- Managing Budgets and Financial Plan as well as Controlling expenditure
- Achieve Growth and hit Sales Targets by Successfully managing the Sales Team.
- Provide excellent sevice to customer inquires and complaint
- Maintain productivity , effectiveness and discipline of employees reached in accordance with standart of company
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Male/Female with maximum 40 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management with minimum 3-4 years' of relevant working experience
- Fluent in English. Able to speak Mandarin / Japan will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and also in team
- Willing to travel and work over time
- Good personality, responsible, fast learner, efficient and well-organized
- Applicant must be willing to work in Yogyakarta
