REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Minimum Educational Qualification: All majors of Diploma; Bachelor's Degree (Preferably Business Administration, Management, Economic/Finance, Psychology)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the same position and or 5 years in Finance/accounting/book-keeping or equivalent.
  • Has a good English Proficiency and excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Honest, detail oriented, reliable, and able to work under-pressure and manage the team.
  • Self-initiated and able to organize work on a daily basis.
  • Excellent administrative skills on MS. Office
  • Understand Indonesian Labor Law
  • Willing to be placed in the project office Batang Toru, North Sumatera.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including financial transactions (AR; AP; Project Invoice, etc)
  • Manage dormitory, project office, and all the project office supporting staff.
  • Ensure office administrations; document filing are maintained.
  • Review payroll and manage payroll and overall HR-matters including recruitment.
  • Correspondence with Jakarta Head Office frequently.
