REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Educational Qualification: All majors of Diploma; Bachelor's Degree (Preferably Business Administration, Management, Economic/Finance, Psychology)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the same position and or 5 years in Finance/accounting/book-keeping or equivalent.
- Has a good English Proficiency and excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Honest, detail oriented, reliable, and able to work under-pressure and manage the team.
- Self-initiated and able to organize work on a daily basis.
- Excellent administrative skills on MS. Office
- Understand Indonesian Labor Law
- Willing to be placed in the project office Batang Toru, North Sumatera.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including financial transactions (AR; AP; Project Invoice, etc)
- Manage dormitory, project office, and all the project office supporting staff.
- Ensure office administrations; document filing are maintained.
- Review payroll and manage payroll and overall HR-matters including recruitment.
- Correspondence with Jakarta Head Office frequently.
