TIARIA is building up a strong and skillful sales team for its corporate sales. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: To get leads in corporate accounts/clients, and to turn them into sales. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:
- are fluent in English, both written and spoken (this is a must! please don't apply if you don't speak English);
- master negotiation skill, and love to sell;
- have corporate leads/contacts as a start, and/or know the channel to sell at platform like airlines' in-flight shopping, bid for banks' purchase and any other corporate purchase ;
- have these virtues: honest, target-driven, fast-learner.
- Basic Salary: Jakarta UMR is guaranteed. You definitely can get higher, depends on your qualification and experience. Your income will be mainly comes from your sales commission;
- Sales Commission: sky is the limit. You are the one who will decide how much money you bring home every month;
- THR, as per government regulation;
- Insurance;
- Business Trip Allowance, i.e. to attend international jewelry exhibition at Hong Kong;
- Working Equipment to support mobile works: laptop/pad and smartphone; and
- last but not least, you will have valuable experience working in e-commerce industry and in-depth knowledge on jewelry and precious stones!
