Yonder Music, a mobile-only, digital music service with a revolutionary legal free-to-consumers business model seeks a Jakarta-based Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting the company's partnership with XL. The Project Manager will be the day-to-day Yonder representative for XL. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, analytical, curious, an effective communicator and willing to get his/her hands dirty. Must be passionate about music and excited about working in international markets. Tasks:
- Oversee and manage all projects related to XL
- Work closely with internal technology, product, marketing, finance and legal to understand all the component workstreams within Yonder Music Indonesia.
- Develop Gantt chart project plans that define tasks, resource allocation, and schedule
- Track project plan deviations and communicate implications to both internal and XL teams
- Coordinate all activities between internal and external teams including the facilitation of kickoffs, team meetings, client management and deliverables, status reports and reviews
- Manages and monitor project scope and change control ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Work with business to estimate costs and timing for project delivery across tech and marketing
