Activation Manager role at Voila Indonesia is a unique blend of technical, analytical, conceptions, creative and leadership role in achieving project goals and creating high standard of creative proposals, delivery and quality that's strive to perfections. You will be identify clients brief goal, pitching details, consumer insight, planning and executions. Developing pitch proposal to address solution on client's brief and requirement. You will be responsible of :
- Identify client need during meeting briefing to develop proposal.
- Lead proposal development , to develop ideas and make sure all the creative strategies, creative ideas, technical implementations and cost estimations, to achieve the target revenues sets by the company
- Creating project planning in terms of time management and also production pack guidance.
- Execute project management with highly execution standard and attention to details to deliver highly execution quality after appointed by clients.
- Reporting project executions and suggest improvement or related recommendations.
- Working closely with creative, finance, client services, and external stakeholders to implement all responsibility and achieve goals of delivery
- Managing activation team including day to day operations for activation management division
- Passion, in creative strategic, activation concepts, project management, and very attention to details manners.
- Highly driven motivated to deliver high standard of quality and delivery.
- Having good networking with vendors, man power freelance, venues, artist/talents and others parties that related.
- Excellent execution oriented and able to work under pressure and deadline
- A strong drive to make things happen.
- Solid oral and written communications skills
- Strong Leadership, and Strong analytical skills
- Experiences in project management, preferably in BTL agency or event organizer
- S1(Bachelor's) degree in communications or other fields from a reputable university
- Plus : Frequent travelers
