Develop products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determine the specifications, schedule of principal to purchase the product, pricing, and time-integrated plan for the introduction of the product; develop marketing strategies.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable University majoring in Engineering /Biochemical/science /chemical Engineering, etc GPA min 2,75
- Min. 3 years progressive experience at the same position as Product Manager.
- Excellent in Product Management, People Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning and Strategy.
- Excellent command of English (Speaking/reading/writing).
- Ability in computer literate, troubleshooting software
- Hard worker, energy, teamwork and able to work individually, good interpersonal relationship, good communication, strong analytical and problem solving
- Availability to frequent travel around Indonesia
