Lowongan Kerja Human Resource Admin Staff Terbaru PT Angkasa Luar Lestari Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
To collect payroll related documents, i.e.: overtime sheets, time recorder, doctor certificate, leave form
To monitor time recorder and to generate monthly report to be submitted to HR Manager
To collect and maintain the documents of recruitment (Applications, set up interview appointment, etc)
To maintain employee welfare, such as uniform & safety shoes stock keeping and distribution, employee locker, musholla, toilets, canteen area, as well as employee administration services
To assist in submitting Manpower Annual report to the local Manpower
To coordinate the administration with 3rd party manpower supplies (Security Personnel)
To support the administration of performance management exercise, i.e. distributing & collecting the annual assessment forms, Target Agreement forms, LNA Forms
To support the administration and coordination of Training activities.
To closely liaise and communicate on daily employee issues in order to ensure immediate follow up action
Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
Women max. 27 years
At least 1 year of relevant experience within a F & B company
Good administration and documentation skill, with high attention to detail
Computer literate, minimum MS Word and Excel
A self starter, ability to work independently with less supervision and as part of a team
Knowledge of Indonesia labor laws will be an advantage
